Place your left foot on a piece of paper. Mark one line where your big toe starts and a line where your heel starts, making sure to keep the pencil straight up against your heel. Measure the distance between the two lines. Do the same with your right foot. Images that explain this process will follow shortly.
Size 4 = 22.9 cm
Size 5 = 23.5 cm
Size 6 = 24.4 cm
If your size sits in between these sizes, MtB recommends you to choose the bigger size when you have a high arch and the smaller size when you have a lower arch.
