PURCHASING PROCEDURE IN SHORT

Beigefoldedshoe, Blackfoldedshoe, Greenmâchéshoe and Greymâchéshoe are produced by hand in the UK and are made to order. They are dispatched within 6-8 weeks from the time of your order. Please note that the shoes may vary slightly in appearance from pieces you have seen in exhibitions or on this Site.

When you would like to order Greenmâchéshoe or Greymâchéshoe, please contact Marloes on info@marloestenbhomer.com These shoes can be ordered in a UK size 2-8. You will receive leather color swatches to choose from and will confirm which payment method you prefer. After you have made your size and color selection and have payed for the shoes in full, the shoes will be made.

All shoes are sent by insured for delivery. A tracking number and a link to the relevant couriers website will be emailed to you along with your dispatch confirmation so that you may track the progress of your shipment. MtB accepts payment by PayPal.

Every pair of shoes is numbered and will be delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Please be careful when wearing high heels. Even though Beigefoldedshoe, Blackfoldedshoe, Greenmâchéshoe and Greymâchéshoe have been thoroughly tested, they are high-heeled shoes and require caution when wearing. The heel top pieces that protect the Beigefoldedshoe and Blackfoldedshoe from wear on the underside of the heel are custom designed and produced; each pair of shoes will be accompanied by four extra single pieces. Every Beigefoldedshoe and Blackfoldedshoe also comes with a small screwdriver and four replacement screws and bolts, so the heel top pieces can be replaced easily. Please be careful when unscrewing the small screw. Too much force will break the screw. Subsequent pieces can be ordered from MtB. These pieces will be added to the Online Boutique ASAP.

MtB offers a 14 day returns policy. All products sold come with a tag attached. Please only remove the tags from the Product when you are satisfied with the Product and fit.

Beigefoldedshoe and Blackfoldedshoe are made from Vegetable tanned leather, this leather fades and darkens in UV light. Please keep leather out of direct sunlight and from the rain. To prevent any leather from drying out, MtB advises you to regularly wax the shoes. MtB will provide you with an extra piece of leather on which wax can be tested.
