RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Damaged during transit
If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the freight and order processing charges. MtB will arrange a pick-up date with you and of course pay for these freight costs as well.
Returns
MtB offers a 14 day returns policy, so if you are not happy with your Product, please let us know immediately and you can return the Shoes unworn in it’s original packaging. We will be happy to refund you. Please note, we cannot refund the freight and order processing charges and you will have to return the Product at your risk and at your cost.
Freight and order processing charges per item:
Beigefoldedshoe, Blackfoldedshoe, Greenmâchéshoe and Greymâchéshoe: £200 per pair
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the fit of your Shoes you can return them for a full refund excluding freight and order processing charges, or exchange them for a different size. When you exchange the shoes you will have to pay for the return postage, but MtB will pay the shipping cost of the exchange pair from MtB’s studio to you. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned Goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Refunds
MtB will usually refund money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. MtB will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day MtB confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund, always after MtB received the returned Product.
In the event of any failure to return any Goods to MtB, which have been validly cancelled, MtB cannot proceed with the refund. MtB advises you to return the Product by ensured recorded delivery service.

Returns and Exchanges period
The period in which the Product can be cancelled, returned or exchanged commences on the date that the Product is ordered from the Site and ends on the expiry of the period of fourteen days beginning on the day after you received the Product.
Please Note; All products sold come with a tag attached. Only new and unused products in their original packaging with the attached original tag can be refunded or exchanged. If one of these conditions is not met, MtB will not accept your return and the Items will be shipped back to you. MtB is not responsible for any Items that are not returned in the manner as set above. MtB advices you to only remove the tags from the Product when you are satisfied with the Product and fit.
